Steve Atkinson is President of Taste of BC Aquafarms in Nanaimo, B.C. He aims to help establish an industry for steelhead salmon in British Columbia in an environmentally responsible manner. Working along with his wife Janet, their operation is one of the very first closed containment salmon farms in production in North America.
